Villa Dafni is a wonderful Villa, built with care and taste, where stone walls and wooden furniture take you back to the village way of life of Crete, while at the same time it provides all contemporary amenities that ensure you’ll have a comfortable and pleasant stay!
Located at the traditional village of Perama Villa Dafnos III offers easy access to the lively city of Rethymno, as well as to most sightseeing spots and the highway leading to the amazing southern beaches and Heraklion town.
The Villa consists of 3 independent, split-level houses and it’s size and structure can accommodate up to 9 people and make it ideal for three couples, big families and groups of friend, as it offers absolute privacy and seclusion when desired!
At the same time, all guests may enjoy the amazing private swimming pool with a special children’s compartment and the BBQ facilities and shaded outdoor dining area with stone benches, right next to it! The pool area and terrace is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and clay pots with beautiful flowers and it also offers a wonderful view of the village and the surrounding area. You may spend your day by the pool, relaxing or sunbathing and then prepare and have your dinner al fresco, enjoying the starry sky and cool summer breeze! All three apartments have access to the stone paved pool terrace by descending a few steps. Additionally, an extra outside siting area exist in the corridor above the pool!
Each one of the houses features, on the ground floor, features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Living rooms are slightly different as one of them has a sofa, the other one has two sofas and the last one has two armchairs, but they all have a wonderful stone built fireplace. Additionally, two of the homes have a bathroom with a shower, while the last one has a bathtub. Climbing a lovely wooden stairs guests can find the house’s double bedroom with a siting area consisting of an armchair and a small table, which also has its own balcony with patio furniture, that enjoys the area view!
